We have had one report of an instrument with a nitrocellulose lacquer finish being damaged by the faux leather pad located on the removable insert at the bottom of the PortaBag. If you are using the PortaBag with a nitro finished instrument, please remove the bottom pad immediately. We have a non-reactive sleeve to slip over your current pad and cover the faux leather causing the problem. Please call or email the shop and we will send you this sleeve at no charge.
