Hi Roger and the gangs!
I recently saw some NYC basses with blinding neck/block inlay, are they officially become part of the options of NYC basses now?
Cheers.

I was told by Kevin that they would be adding that option. Not sure as to when but could not be soon enough.

HI
Metros have it on their UV models. Roger mentioned a few weeks ago he will be making blocks an option for NYC's soon. Binding, from what I understand, will not be offered

Roger looks pretty stoked and that's a smokin' bass!
Tracy Wormworth should use that on her tour with the B52s.

Yowza!!! lol
That bass is killer looking. Seems weird that they would only offer blocks and not binding on a NYC instrument.
I know a while back Roger said it took too long for them to produce a blocked and bound neck at their quality standards so maybe thats why they decided to do blocks only.
I dont know but a bound and blocked NYC would be right up my alley!

The specs on the NYC Bass build that I started March 23rd. 5 String Vintage Jazz. Figured Maple Top. Ash/Maple. FB : Birds Eye Maple with Vintage tint and Ebony Blocks. SC PUPS 59 Burst finish with Tort PG. Hardshell Case And MOJO
The Ebony blocks was an add on after the build was started so it added some time on to my completion date but I feel the blocks will be well worth the wait.
