Roger,
Thanks for the info. My first Sadowsky was Metro #445 from the first batch arriving to Europe in 2005. I got it shipped from Germany in Feb'05. It arrived in a very cold, snowy day and I took it straight to band practice, opened the box, checked out the tuning...spot on! Played a few notes and never looked back.

My UV70 4 is M1205...a sunburst with black blocks and strangely has a NYC backplate and a VTC. Was there mixing and matching going on then? Love the bass.

Roger,
my Sadowsky M24-5 #M1900 didn't had VTC included. Shouldn't had VTC added?
PS: I've fitted one myself, so I'm asking only because I'm curious

Thanks for this info Roger. I own #233, a beautiful trans-white MV4. My absolute number 1 "go-to" 4-string. Love it!
